Soul Enquiry Workshop June 24
Facilitated by Lauren from Boho Spirit and Sound Journeys, this is conscious and powerful workshop incorporating elements of yoga, breath-work and meditation, and a transformational sound healing session. This workshop will take place on Friday, June 24th, from 5:30PM to 7:30PM.
Lauren from Boho Spirit and Sound Journeys is an extremely talented and spiritual facilitator, with a love of instruments and sound that has the capacity to transport you to deep states of calm and healing. She has collected her tools and instruments from different exotic locations around the globe, and plays them together with skill and intuition.
Her workshops are themed around astrological and personal stages of life and living, and each person is moved by her sound performance in their own unique way. Soul Enquiry is all about diving within yourself to find your inner light, and clear out negative energies and unwanted self-limiting beliefs.
