Outline:
This course offers yoga teachers the clarity they need to confidently create sequences and workshops with a thorough understanding of how Vinyasa differs from other styles of yoga, whilst maintaining the traditional elements of the practice.  Learn how to weave themes and intention into your flow and develop and understanding of how to teach peak postures, providing plenty of options for new or experienced students.

Upon completion of this course, teachers will confidently teach deep and profound yoga classes and workshops whilst understanding how to work alongside students, guiding them to progress and develop their personal and teaching practice.

Yoga Alliance:
This 20 hour course is fully accredited by global governing body Yoga Alliance.

Included in the Course:
– A long weekend face-to-face with Lyndal diving deep into all things Vinyasa, with ample workshop time to ask questions and practice together.
– All course materials including a printed and bound manual.
– Full support in leading your first class to your community, either in-studio or online.
– Creative time to flesh out sequences together and play with new or old concepts.
