Change is the only constant, so they say, and so after careful consideration and numerous discussions, we have decided to stop taking online bookings for the Saturday 7:10am General Yoga Class.

On too many occasions, the inconsiderate actions of a small minority resulted in other members missing out. As such, we have decided to return to our old system of arrive early to secure your spot. This decision is backed by our teachers and loyal practitioners. Thank you for your support.

We are excited to announce an additional class on our timetable.

Wednesday - Yoga Flow at 7:00pm with Jess.
