Christmas lights, Christmas trees, Christmas treats......it's safe to say it's that time of the year again. We are hosting a Christmas party for all our members, with free classes on the day, reduced monthly memberships and delicious vegan treats. Come into the studio on Saturday, December 10, to join in the fun and festivities. Classes will be as per the timetable.

Join Nati this Thursday December 1, at 9:30am, for an intense yet immensely gratifying 108 sun salutations, to see out the year and welcome in Summer. It's a great opportunity to honour the practice, test your endurance and grow as a human. The class will go for an hour and you can take as many breaks as you need. It will be an experience you will never forget. No need to book.
