Saturday, February 18 at 2:00pm till 3:30pm at Miami Yoga Room. COST $20.

This will be a gentle, slow-moving Yin Yoga class, while an acutonics practitioner will be placing vibrating tuning forks on known acupressure points on your body. The experience is extremely relaxing, facilitates healing and cultivates deep mind body awareness.

There will be 15 minutes meditation at the end of the practice and an opportunity to stay back and learn about doTERRA essential oils, if you have the time.

The Friday 5.30 pm Pilates class has been removed from the timetable. Carby's 4.15 pm class will be extended to a led class of the complete Primary Series of Ashtanga, finishing at 6pm.

Christmas lights, Christmas trees, Christmas treats......it's safe to say it's that time of the year again. We are hosting a Christmas party for all our members, with free classes on the day, reduced monthly memberships and delicious vegan treats. Come into the studio on Saturday, December 10, to join in the fun and festivities. Classes will be as per the timetable.
